When you request an inspection, the form sends us:
- Your name and phone number
- The city the house is in, and the problem you picked
- Anything you type in the details box
- Whether it’s for a home sale, and the closing date if you gave one
- Whether you agreed to text messages, and the date and time you checked that box
- The page you sent the form from
Our website host, Netlify, also processes basic technical information like IP addresses to deliver the site and filter spam. The site itself doesn’t set tracking cookies. [Update this if analytics are added]
How we use it
To contact you about your inspection, schedule and do the work, send you or your agents the written scope and photo report you asked for, and keep records of the job. We don’t sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Netlify receives form submissions on our behalf. If your job is part of a home sale, we share the scope and photo report with the agents involved, as part of the service. Otherwise we only share your information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you check the text message box, you agree to receive texts from Crawl Industries LLC about scheduling and your job. You don’t have to agree to this to book. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. We don’t share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
